Description Japanese avant-metal pioneers Sigh return with Goh-ka, an ambitious new album that expands on the acclaimed Shiki with even greater diversity, technical precision, and cinematic arrangements. Featuring a guest appearance by Opeth''s Mikael Åkerfeldt, the album blends black metal with psychedelic rock, progressive rock, classical music, and Japanese influences. Its central theme is Kuso-zu, a series of Buddhist depictions of human decomposition that reflect on mortality, impermanence, and the futility of worldly beauty. Gatefold 2 LP Pink & Magenta Vinyl.
