Description Widely regarded as a landmark of Swedish melodic black metal, Vinterland''s "Welcome My Last Chapter" helped define the genre''s distinctive cold and atmospheric sound. Alongside pioneers such as Dissection, Unanimated and Sacramentum, the band left a lasting mark that continues to resonate three decades later. Celebrating the album''s 30th anniversary, this double edition presents the complete classic alongside previously unreleased recordings from 1992-1995, tracing Vinterland''s evolution through demos, studio sessions and a 1994 live recording. An essential archival release for dedicated listeners and collectors.
