Matching an album whose title includes the theme of "building," The ConstruKction of Light from 2000 has undergone the most radical change of any KC albums to date - it was practically rebuilt from scratch. The loss of the original recordings of the electronic drums allowed Pat Mastelotto to completely re-record the material, this time on his current acoustic-electric kit, creating a virtually entirely new album of familiar material. Previously only available on the CD/DVD set "The ReconstruKction of Light 40th Anniversary" and the 24-disc box set "The Heaven & Earth", the 2019 stereo mix is now available as a standalone CD in jewelcase. |
