| Description | Triple disc set featuring some of the best broadcasts Prince made in the 1990''s. In 1990, Prince went back out on tour in Europe and Japan for his back-to-basics Nude Tour. His show in Tokyo on 31st August ''90 was among the tour''s finest gigs. 1991 began for Prince with a performance at Brazil''s Rock in Rio II festival which marked debut proper of the New Power Generation, his new group. It was also around these years when Prince formally adopted the "Love Symbol" as his stage name, and came to be referred to as the "Artist Formerly Known As Prince" or "The Artist". The tours and concerts already mentioned were some of the best Prince did during the decade, most notably of all, the appearance he made on September 3rd ''93 at the Rock Over Germany festival. |
