| Description | Disrupted is a death metal band heavily inspired by the classic Swedish HM-2 death metal scene of the ''90s. The band was formed in 2012 by Thomas Liljekvist and Mikael Hanni and released their first EP, "Heavy Death", in 2014. Their debut album, "Morbid Death", came out in 2015 and was followed by the critically acclaimed second album, "Pure Death", in 2020, which also marked the addition of former Katatonia drummer Daniel Liljekvist to the band. Fast forward to 2024, and Disrupted is now ready to release their third album, "Stinking Death". The first single, "Coffin Breath", combines gut-wrenching riffs and crushing heaviness with memorable hooks and melodies that continue to define the band''s unique style. |
