GDPR (Data Protection Regulation)
The GDPR (Data Protection Regulation) is an EU regulation that applies throughout the EU from on May 25, 2018. GDPR replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act. This means that the requirements on how companies and organizations can process your personal data are tightened. Sound Pollution AB, corporate identity number 556567-1921, is responsible for personal data and is responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The regulation strengthens your rights regarding personal privacy. It is important that you feel secure in the processing of your personal data.

 

Why do we handle personal data?
Sound Pollution AB’s purpose in processing your personal data is primarily to fulfill our obligations to you and our assignments.
We may have your personal data because you have purchased products from us at some point in the last few years and in connection with this we took part of your contact details.

Security
Sound Pollution AB has security measures in place to protect your personal data from illegal or unauthorized processing. Only people who actually need to process your personal data in order for Sound Pollution AB to fulfill specified purposes have access to them.

Your rights
You have the right to know which of your personal data Sound Pollution AB handles and for what purposes. This is done through the request for a so-called register extract. We are obliged to provide, free of charge, upon request, personal data relating to you, from which this information has been collected, the purposes of the processing and to which recipients or categories of recipients the information has been provided. We reserve the right, either for manifestly unfounded or unreasonable requests, to either charge a reasonable fee that covers the administrative costs of providing the information or to take the action requested, or refuse to comply with the request.

You also have the right to demand that Sound Pollution AB erase your personal data from all systems. In the law called “The right to be forgotten”.
Sound Pollution AB AB has the right to refuse your request for deletion if there are agreements or legal obligations that prevent it. Among other things, there may be obligations arising from other laws such as accounting and tax legislation.
