Until shortly before his death on May 17th 2020, the legendary film composer Peter Thomas (*1925 in Breslau) still accompanied the reconstruction. Limited to 500 copies worldwide. In 1801 Count Regula (Christopher Lee) is quartered for the murder of twelve virgins. Many years later, the lawyer Roger Mont-Elise (Lex Barker) and the attractive Baroness Lilian of Brabant (Karin Dor) receive an invitation to the infamous Sander Valley. The journey through haunted forests leads them directly to the ruins of Count Regula''s castle and into his torture chamber. |
