| Description | Over the past few years, we have carried out a number of tours together with other artists. The first was a collaboration with Köttgrottorna, where we played together in connection with both bands celebrating their 40th anniversaries. This resulted in nearly 40 shows around the country. Later, a series of circumstances led to us ending up on the Close-Up boat stage together with Ulke (formerly of Dia Psalma and Strebers). The collaboration whetted our appetite, and together we then went on to play more than 20 shows. During 2025, touring continued with around 10 shows together with Curre & Winberg from Coca Carola. At the moment, there are also nearly 20 shows booked with Bonni (Asta Kask and Cosa Nostra). At one point, someone said: "Why don''t we record a song from all these collaborations?" Sometimes action follows thought very closely. The idea quickly grew, and we also chose to complement it with two songs from bands we have followed for a long time: Reeperbahn and Docent Död. In connection with the work on our latest album "Sista måltiden" ("The Last Supper"), a number of loyal listeners were given the chance to vote for 10 out of 15 recorded songs. The result was-apart from a few exceptions-very close. The difference between the song that placed third and the one that ended up last was surprisingly small. We therefore chose to save a couple of songs that ranked in the top five for future use. - And now that future use is here. About the title The title comes from a night after a gig in Torshälla, when the hotel booking completely fell apart. At first, we weren''t let in at all, but had to stand outside in the rain for over fifteen minutes. Eventually, the porter showed up-and fetched the only person in the tour party who was wearing clown makeup-to negotiate whether or not we would be allowed to stay at the hotel. A completely absurd situation. Sometimes reality surpasses fiction. |
