| Description | In 1980, the band released British Steel. The songs were shorter and had more mainstream radio hooks, but retained the familiar heavy metal feel. Tracks such as ''United'', ''Breaking The Law'', and ''Living After Midnight'' were frequently played on radio. The next release, 1981''s Point of Entry, followed the same formula, and on the tour to support the album, Judas Priest performed at New York''s Palladium on 23rd July 1981, where they put on one of their finest shows to date. Featuring new cuts not yet released on album, alongside now classics, the entire gig was recorded and now on CD. |
