| Description | Close Quarters is the band who already at a demo stage did over 100 live shows and opened for pretty much Scandinavias entire rock elite, including bands such as Backyard Babies, Mustasch, Electric Boys etc. The bands eager to perform showed result when their debut album went straight to eleventh place on the Swedish album chart in July. About the same time a single was released with Sweden Rock Magazine to all of their 8000 subscribers. The album was produced and recorded by legendary producer Thomas Skogsberg(Backyard Babies, The Hellacopters) and mixed by multiple Grammis Award winner Tobias Lindell(Europe, Hardcore Superstar, Mustasch). Besides opening for Europe and Takida the band is now heading out on a Scandinavian tour with Vains of Jenna in August/September and will be performing with The Quireboys during their tour in Sweden in September.
